UNEXPECTED ERROR: Create/Edit CRM Tasks

So ever since last night we have been getting unexpected errors, and several depts Sales, Accounting etc. are effectively not using NetSuite right now.  Wow we have had a lot of issues lately that are making me look really bad, and making me grumpy.  Unfortunately, I really can't do much more than bring it up in cases or on the forum.
