Can not view Attachment Received files in a Record

Hi,

Our sales role are unable to view any files attached to an email when an applicant sends an email. 

Before, the files would be hyper linked but now it's not.

What do we need to do to change this so that our sales team can view the attachments that their applicants attach to the emails?
