Unexpected Error Running Payroll

I created payroll as I normally do and submitted the batch and got an unexpected error (vs an expected error).  The payroll batch was created but taxes were not calculated.  Every time I click on Calculate Taxes, I get the unexpected error.  I tried updating payroll information even though there was nothing to update, but that did not work.  I am at a loss and need to run payroll today. 

Any help by anyone would be greatly appreciated.
