Need help with Outlook integration or Intellisync
I can't get either to work on my system (vista, outlook 2007):
1) Outlook Integration worked fine for many months and then one day it simply stopped allowing me to log in. The integration is visible in Outlook, but if I try to use it, it asks me for my username (account number) and password, and then issues an incorrect-password error. I have submitted a case for this, but Support hasn't been able to help.
2) Intellisync doesn't install on my system. The installer for Intellisync fails during the install.
Has anyone else seen these problems? Are there any workarounds?
