Outlook Integration becomes disabled and or inactive
The majority of my team has experienced (continues to experience) this problem. Somehow the Outlook Integration tool stops working (the tool in Outlook that you use to "Send & Save" emails to Netsuite). When someone reports a problem I go to Outlook->Trust Center-> Add In's and somehow the add in is shown as disabled and / or inactive. I enable + re-activate it..and wholla, problem solved. But I cant figure out the root cause. I have at least one of these cases every other day (different users).
Any one else running into this? If so, any idea what the root cause is?
