Sales Activity Reports - Emails Excluded?

Reference: Logging & tracking sales activites in NS

Question - When rep's use the "Send & Save to Netsuite" feature (Outlook Integration add in) shouldn't these emails show up in Sales Activity Reports as completed activities?

From my preliminary testing, it appears they DO NOT.   I'm pretty sure my report criteria is correct since I haven't filtered out anything.   So either it's a bug or perhaps it's working as designed in which case I'll submit an enhancement request.  On the phone with Support now. Wanted to know if someone else has encountered this issue.
