Outlook integration error

hi there,

I recently installed the Outlook integration client for Office 2007/Vista. I'm having trouble getting the add in to open consistantly.

When it doesn't load, i go to tools, trust center, (the instructions are slightly wrong about these steps in the help documentation) and click the com add-ins button. The Netsuite for Outlook add-in is unchecked. Highlighting it shows me "Load Behavior: Not loaded. Certificate of signed and load at startup COM Add-in is not in trusted source List."

I've tried to add to the trusted list, without luck.By changing my macro security to alert me to all risks, i was able to get the add-in to run, however i have to allow it (and several other addins) every time I open Outlook. There has to be a way to add the add in to the trusted list, but i'm out of ideas. Anyone else run into this??
