Email Campaign Domains

I was following the Netsuite help steps for setting up an email campaign domain and when I got to step 3 (In the Hosted As column, select Email Campaign) and I clicked save my web site was not functioning.

Should I wait for the server to update? I got freaked out so I changed it back.

Would a DKIM do the same thing or is that separate?
