Locations Management

We want to implement the multi-location feature for the 3 warehouses we have at this location. The only issue I have is with web orders.

When an individual (we also sell wholesale) places an order online will we manually have to assign the location to each sales order or can we set up some kind of rule that will auto assign the proper location for customers paying online or base price?
