All transaction forms printing blank, no info, just form lines.
All the forms are printing blank - invoices, pick tickets, etc. The actual form prints but none of the info in the form. Is there are security setting in IE that is preventing the information from downloading into the form? That is all I can think of.
Other txt, pdf, and a web pages print fine.
This is a new PC running XP with IE6.
I have tried checking the "Download PDF's" in Netsuite and printing from a saved PDF as well, it still prints a blank form.
I've searched the forum and the knowledge base. What am I missing? Any help is greatly appreciated!
