Defect 152341 - Customer center case form "object expected" error
As we're deploying our customer center component of NetSuite, we find that the customer case form is throwing a script error and locking up when the customer selects a contact name. (We have done no custom scripting on this form.)
Our case with NetSuite was linked to Defect 152341. However, it's listed as S2 (avg. 60 days to release) and there is no workaround. This means our customers can't enter cases in our much-publicized customer center.
I'm wondering if anyone has crafted their own workaround, and if there is a way to "vote up" the priority of an item like this. This is impacting our entire customer base and their confidence in our case management system.
