Bulk Fulfillments .. Not Starting

We are trying to initiate a batch of 100 sales orders for fulfillment, and after having submitted them at 7:08 AM (almost 50 minutes ago), they are still PENDING with 0% complete.

We then tried re-submitting the batch at 7:31 AM (almost 25 minutes ago), and it too is PENDING with 0% complete.

Is anyone else experiencing problems with Bulk Fulfillments?  Thanks.
