outlook 2007 integration not working

HELP! I'm using Windows XP Server Pack3 and Outlook 2007. I installed NetSuite integration and installation appears to be successful as there was no error message. However, I cannot even see the "Save in NetSuite" button to take advantage of this feature. Numerous calls (months worth) to tech support has proven to be fruitless. Any insights or help from anyone would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
