Email Campaign Unsubscribe Link

I have several customers that have tried to unsubscribe using the “unsubscribe” link placed in the footer of campaign emails.  Unfortunately, the links appear to be broken. I get this error when clicking on the link:

"DNS error - cannot find server"

Any idea why this is happening?
