Install of SuiteBundle Causes Unexpected Error -- URGENT!

Defect 158932: Setup>Customization>Install Bundle>Throws an unexpected error
Your customer care case # is 830693

We URGENTLY need this resolved or a work-around identified in order to meet our Go Live date.

This error occurs when attempting to INSTALL a Bundle in the Production account that was created in the Sandbox account. It is a OneWorld account.

We have spent months customizing and testing the Sandbox. Now we need to copy all customizations from the Sandbox to Production, and begin loading large amounts of data.

We can't do anything until the customizations are in the Production account. And they are far too numerous and complex to re-key the customizations into the Production account.
