some URLs not correct

I have 1-deep descriptive URLs on, but I recently noticed that some of the items on this page are displaying the netsuite-generated URLS:

http://www.bestamericanarts.com/Shop/Brenda-Griffith-Fused-Glass

What can I do to fix this?
