WARNING - CSV import charges credit cards twice

Major headache for us today.  We have been doing CSV imports of transactions and got a call from a customer complaining about being double charged.  It turns out if we have customer credit card info saved in netsuite then import a transaction via CSV from another source netsuite is processing the charge again.  As we were having problems with the import most of our effected customers were charged 3 times.    Case 829707. created.
