custom sales form not calculating or showing taxes
This is more of an FYI as the fix is easy. Our custom sales order form no longer shows sales taxes so if there is a $10 item and should be $1 in tax it will just show a total of $10 - there is not even a field for tax. It I take the same sales order and change the form to standard the tax field shows up and populates and the total changes to $11.
We have been using the same form for 2+ years without this problem and the only custom part of it is we made one field mandatory and added one custom text field. I recreated the form from the standard form and made the old one inactive and now all is well, so this is just an FYI to check your forms.
