Matrix Items Not Appearing in Webstore

We are having major issues with the webstore.

Matrix items are not appearing in webstore at all, did previously, has anyone else had this problem?

We have done the obvious things like assign the matrix item to the appropriate category, selected display in website/store etc, just nothing seems to be working.

If no one else has had this issue, we will obviously need to raise this as an issue, my manager has even copied existing matrix items, changed their details and applied them to the webstore categories.

Still no luck.

Can anyone help?
