nlapiLoadRecord crashing with uncaught error 'undefined'

This is a problem folks. Not sure if anyone else is seeing it. Seems it works on some records OK but most cause an error. Have no idea what the problem is that is causing it, but it is breaking scripts by not being caught internally within nlapiLoadRecord...

Anyone else seeing this?
