Backend and CART are down- we are out of business

We have been down now for 45 minutes, our cart loads an error message, which points our customers to the Netsuite Status page.

Our backend is inaccessible and the only reason we are given is "Your company database is offline".

Can a netsuite employee please check this out and reply with some information? We are dead in the water, losing hundreds of dollars every minute. Boss is going to be angry :mad:
