Mandatory entry field value not recognised
Hi,
I have a user reporting problems when trying to create a new Prospect when accessing NetSuite using a 3G card. It would seem that despite selecting an Office code (a Custom mandatory entity field) from a drop down list NS does not recognise the value as selected, throws an error message for the user to enter an Office Code, and the user cannot overcome this (and loses the data they have entered).
I am not able to reproduce the problem, which is intermittent (but very frustrating for the user when it occurs), and I'm currently working with the user to identify whether there are any particular circumstances that cause the problem.
