Exchange Rates Stuck

After months of notifying and seeming inactivity from Netsuite, our exchange rates are still stuck - i.e. they do not get automatically updated daily as they should.

Any one else experienced this?

As a new customer, I am not impressed with the speed of response to this critical (for us) issue - and the latest automated email from Netsuite suggests that the "issue" is closed - but we still dont have a resolution to this defect!!!

I am considering seeking compensation for loss of service from Netsuite - anyone tried this? Success?
