Campain Abuse Email
We've recently received complaints of Campaign Email Abuse from a customer that we can't even find in our database. The vague response from NS was confusing and doesn't contain the email address of the user, only the name. As we have no one of this name in our system, we're somewhat confused used by what caused this.
We had an occurrence back in 2007 where NS accounts got crossed up and we were logging into our system and were seeing other clients' customers in addition to ours. It was a real mess.
Anyone experiencing anything of this nature and, if so, is it some fallout from last week's blacklisting?
