DEFECT: Search with Criteria of External ID = "NONE" Fails

Defect 160275 - Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New :
Filtering External ID to Any of -none- or -null- results to "No Search Results Match Your Criteria

SUMMARY: Customer reported that when using filter External ID equals to Any of none, the system throws No Search Results Match Your Criteria even if there are items with no external ID.

WORKAROUND: None.

PRIORITY: Your defect has been prioritized as an S3

This defect is for an Item Search. But I understand from Support that this same problem exists with Customer searches as well.

Please bump this up to at least a S2.
