Open Sales Orders Report showing closed ones

We recently noticed that the Open Sales Orders report are showing two orders straggling from December, yet these two orders have been billed, and the status shows them as Billed.

The open amount for one is $0.00, and the other is $1.35, the amount of the sales tax charged.  But the sales tax was billed on the Cash Sale.

I tried manually closing these 2 orders, but they still remain on the Open Sales Orders Report.

Please advise.
