DKIM configuration problems with Network Solutions

I'm hoping that perhaps someone here has experienced some similar problems configuring DKIM with Network Solutions.. we are having some really frustrating problems after transitioning our website to Netsuite from Network Solutions.
Our company (www.slidirect.com) been using Netsuite for a few years. Recently, we made the decision to integrate and host our webstore/website directly into Netsuite. The domain we're using is registered with Network Solutions, the website is now hosted through Netsuite.
Previously, when our website was NOT hosted by Netsuite and we had our DKIM configured properly - it could be verified through the diagnostic tests.
