Missing Opportunities in Pipeline Reports?
Anyone else out there have unexplainable examples of Opportunities (and/or Estimates) that are missing from the Pipeline by Sales Rep reports? We have 2 examples that Sales REp's have escalated (we are confident other examples exist).
I've invested hours with NS Support on webex (2) and via several email threads since 3/27 trying to understand root cause (Case #858669). To date, I've received about 3 different flavors of a solution / resolution (via email)--all confusing --so I asked for a phone call. During today's call the NEW resolution was that:
1. There is unique logic behind the Expected Close Date field on Opportunties (apparently this is not documented anywhere).
