URGENT: Avalara AvaTax Down due to SSL CERT
We, and I'm sure many more AvaTax users, are unable to process any transactions. We were told by Avalara support that this was due to a SSL certificate that expired last night. They claim NetSuite was supposed to install the cert yesterday (no idea why you would wait until the day it expires to install the cert). I asked when it would be fixed. Avalara again claimed that it would have to wait until after hours to take down servers. This sounds ridiculous to me. You should be able to install a certificate during business hours.
Can someone from NetSuite assist us in this matter? Our Accounting Department is totally down until this is resolved. Isn't NetSuite using AvaTax as well?
