Item Receipt from PO

We just completed an inventory count. We had two items that Netsuite said we have about double what we actually have. When I go back and follow the workflow I see two “weird” things on the item receipt pages and I’m not sure what they are.

Here is a screenshot.

When I click on the “view” I get this.

The old value and new value are the same.

Any idea what this is?
