Billion Dollar Error
We have been living with a problem for half a month now where the average cost of one of our items has been exponentially growing each time it is invoiced. It is now in the billions of dollars, and our cost for the month is off by more than $100 billion!
Although this case (868358) has been escalated to S1, it is now overdue the 5 day estimate and we are going to need to start closing the month of April soon. Is there anything further we can do to get this resolved ASAP?
