Very Slow!!! Please help

Very slow today in NY.

We are experiencing slow loading up to 5 minutes when fulfilling orders today. We are located in NY if it matters.

We are also receiving "An unexpected error has occurred. Please click here to notify support and provide your contact information." intermittently during the same operation.

Please advise the problem and if a fix is coming. Our sales staff is trying to work but unable to under these conditions.
