Blackberry / Outlook / NetSuite Calendar Issue
Ok, we've been having some trouble with getting our sales reps appointments, etc. to transfer into their Netsuite Calendars when they synch.
Here is their process:
1. Enter appt, calls, etc. into Blackberry calendar while out in the field.
2. Synch/integrate with Outlook 2007 when they get home.
3. Synch Outlook with Netsuite.
The appointments transfer fine from Blackberry to Outlook. However they don't go into Netsuite. If they enter an appt in Outlook, it will transfer over to Netsuite calendar. There is a setting that allows for this option... however that option isn't there when it's imported from the Blackberry.
Their Sales Rep Role does include Outlook Integration in the SetUp permissions.
