DEFECT: CSV Import of Estimates Price Level Reference
We can NOT import any Estimates in either our Production or Sandbox account because NetSuite has a DEFECT in resolving the reference to the Price Level.
The import fails with one of the following errors:

Invalid price reference key Std National Price.

Price Level Name was used

Invalid entitystatus reference key Price List.

Price Level Internal ID was used

OR no Price Level was specified

Furthermore, the Import Wizard does NOT show any values to select when clicking on the Price Level pencil icon attempting to set a DEFAULT value for Price Level. Yet we have over 200 Price Levels in the system. This was confirmed by the NS Support in his test account.
