Promotion code field disappeared today!

I see this field is gone in checkout now.

I checked everything and nothing is changed.

Promotion code is enabled in settings
There is this promotion code that expires tonight. So we have one that still is valid
Also checkout sales order form is unchanged in Setup website-Shopping-checkout preferences.

Anyone else having this problem?
