DEFECT: Custom Record Mail Merge Only to Yourself
Custom Records have what sounds like a very useful feature: mail merge.
Once this is enable, then you can create an email from the Custom Record.
The only problem is that the ONLY "Recipient" available is yourself.
You can cc other employees, but the TO field (Recipient) can ONLY be yourself. I have confirmed this with NetSuite Support: Case# 886511
Support wanted to attach this to an Enhancement Request.
But this MUST be a DEFECT for several reasons:[LIST=1]
[*]I can not think of any use case where you want to email yourself as the primary recipient.
[*]There is a very important difference between the people listed on the TO field vs the CC field
