Updating Customer & Contact Record Error
Before the new version roll out, if I needed to change info on the customer record I could do this AND update the contact records for that customer all at the same time.
Now if I go in and change the info I need on the Customer record, and then edit a contact within that customer record, when I hit Save for the Customer record I get the error "Record has been changed" and I lose all my changes. :mad:
I am the only one using any customer records on our account. What used to be accomplished in one transaction now takes two.
