Label printer

We are new to Netsuite and are not sure what to do about label printers. We use MACs and the various softwares aren't playing nice together. We want to print item labels from receiving. We have tried sheet labels, but the way Netsuite handles printing labels from receiving, wastes labels since you can't specify the starting label position. We have tried a Zebra printer with role labels, but it is very cumbersome to make it print and won't print the whole label. Is anyone else using MACs, and what are you doing for printers?
Any help would be appreciated.
