Credit Card Processing with SecPay Fails
All credit card orders in our online store (processing using SecPay) are completely failing. I am seeing the following error message:
Reason: Transaction not authorized. Failure message from processor: X25 Communication Error
When I look at the transaction in the SecPay online interface, it seems as though none of the CVS/Postcode/Address information has been transmitted.
If anyone has any ideas, help would be much appreciated as our current website turnover is £0! Thanks.
