Unexpected Error on Login - Enhancement Voting

Last Saturday our NS login and shopping cart were down, apparently for unscheduled maintenance which was relatively brief.  However, the message that NS throws is so generic, for all we knew there was a major problem which would last for an unspecified amount of time.

We have an enhancement request to make the error message more informative, so you know the nature and expected duration of the problem.

UI/Usability  When login to NetSuite, the system throws an error message "Unexpected Error" - This is due to the unscheduled maintenance - The user is requesting to have the message to be more informative
