Verizon DNS outage effects NetSuite users
This has happened in the past, but it happened again today and we found a fix. The symptom is apparent when we try to go to various websites and about 15% of the websites we try to browse will not load. CNN wouldn't load. It would try to access their servers for 5 minutes and then time-out. CNBC, on the other hand, loaded instantly. Unfortunately the list of websites that wouldn't load included NetSuite and ALL Netsuite webstore and GoDaddy (which hosts our email). So, we had no email access and no NetSuite access. I called Verizon and they confirmed
