CHECKOUT broken

ok had a couple of error messages yesterday had a call and was told that it relates to transaction body fields.

Just tried to go through the checkout process adn had the following error:

You entered "ERROR: Field Not Found" into a field where a numeric value was expected. Please go back and change this value to a number.

anyone else experienced this? our checkout is broken and orders are not coming in!!!!!!!!
