Endless Case Creation Loop!
Our Netsuite Case management system is in a loop with one of our customer Trouble Ticket systems. They send us a Ticket email and we create a Case which creates a new Ticket on their system and so on.
Is there a rule we can create that for certain words in subject, it doesn't create a Case.
Would be useful for the many SPAM Cases we get created daily
