Should we switch to PayPal Express

We are currently using PayPal in our webstore and are considering switching over to PayPal Express. 

Can anyone share their experience with this?  Pros and Cons? 

I've read a few posts that indicate there may be problems with customer ship to addresses and with orders getting processed through PayPal, but not showing up in Netsuite at all.  Is this still happening?
