Global Search doesn't allow new records to be created anymore?
Can someone please confirm that I've got this right, or am I just missing a setting or something somewhere.
I have a custom record type 'staff update'. It used to be that users could go to the global search and type 'staff update' and one of the found results (appearing as a drop-down under the global search box) would be 'New staff update'. Selecting this would take the user to a form to create a new record of this type. This no longer appears as an option.
Is there any way to get this back? It did used to work this way, didn't it, or am I just imaginging things?
