Thursday update - busted web services

FYI-

Thursday's update has brought our applications that use Web Services down.  If anyone is getting Lists -> Jobs permission violations you may want to look into whether or not the update is the cause.

I have a case going with support, on the phone with them now getting this pushed to an S1.
