Customer Generate Statements

Hi,

I'm tyying to generate statements for a set of customers.
I've used Transactions > Customers > Generate Statements.
It's displaying the columns ID, Customer and Balance.

But the "ID" column for some customers is not displaying which are having ID column data as alphanumeric.

Please let us know any changes to do in settings or how to resolve the issue.
