Fax error with PDF file using Faxaway

If I want to send an invoice or sales order via fax, NetSuite sends a very nice fax of the document if I press the yellow "Fax" button.  This assumes it's an individual.  If it's a company and we've set up a primary contact, it works nicely too.  The source for the fax is obviously our PDF layout.

If I go to the Messages tab and send a fax from there, I can do that if I'm willing to send an HTML file.  It does not make for an attractive or complete fax, so I really don't want to do that.
