Problem with Email Alerts

NetSuite, have there been any issues on the server that manages email alerts today?

We are seeing some very strange behavior, starting about 10 am today:
[LIST=1]
[*]Some alerts go through, some don't
[*]Some alerts work for some users, but same exact conditions don't work for another user
[*]Then, suddenly, about 9:00 pm CDT, we started getting a flood of email alerts from record creation/updates that happened much earlier in the day.[LIST]
[*]Some of these look like duplicate alerts we got earlier, but I can't be for sure.[/LIST]
