Campaign Email completed but 0 (zero) emails sent??!!
My first real campaign email was sent today. Well, it was "executed" I should say. I was excited to get back from a dinner meeting to see how the statistics were looking at was VERY surprised to see:
# Sent: 0
# Opened: 1
First, that makes no sense; how can an item be opened if none were sent?
Second, why in the world were none of them sent?
Please, does anyone know why this would happen? The group of recipients contained 29 customers all with a "Soft Opt-In" subscription status.
